Manage high-volume construction programs from Blackfalds, Alberta, combining estimating, scheduling, and contract administration for pipeline integrity work.

Arnett & Burgess Energy Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects across pursuit, initiation, execution, and closeout. The work requires coordination with Superintendents and field crews, oversight of project controls, and direct client contact. Occasional travel to offices, dig sites, and client facilities represents 10% to 20% of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate projects across different stages and multiple clients
- Partner with Superintendents on crew configuration and constructability
- Validate cost, quantity, progress, and formal client reporting
- Manage schedules, recovery plans,



and cost baselines
- Negotiate changes and administer subcontractor agreements

Requirements:

- Ten years of pipeline and facility construction experience
- Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Experience supporting construction estimating and bid development
- Working knowledge of mechanical, civil, CP/AC, and E&I; scopes
- Effective experience with Superintendents and field crews
