This FLINT position leads day-to-day fabrication shop activities and manages projects against schedules and budgets. You will optimize materials and labour use, supervise team training, and maintain effective equipment and quality controls. Strategic support comes from the Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize production schedules for customer deadlines
- Coordinate materials and labour for efficient resource use
- Train and mentor shop personnel
- Implement safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Maintain equipment performance and quality measures

Requirements:

- Several years supervising or managing fabrication operations
- 3+ years of fabrication or manufacturing setting experience
- Mechanical engineering or related technical education
- Familiarity with welding techniques and fabrication processes
- Journeyperson certificate considered an asset
