Monitor Husky equipment remotely while interpreting performance, quality, energy, and weight data. Support Advantage + Elite customers through disciplined issue management.
As Monitoring Center Subject Matter Expert, you will work with the Territory Technical Support team and customer representatives. You will assess connected systems, recognize deviations from established limits, and investigate root causes. Collaboration includes Husky’s Program Manager, Technical Support Team, Engineering, customers, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess equipment KPIs, alarms, interruptions, and emerging trends
- Interpret operating data against established performance limits
- Enter every issue or concern in BaanLN
- Develop solutions for detected problems when applicable
- Share findings and contribute to weekly program reports
Requirements:
- Preferred college or university post-secondary education
- Five to ten years’ service-focused injection molding experience
- Advanced knowledge of Husky injection molding systems
- Ability to assess and mitigate changing system-state consequences
- Robust written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication
