Blacksmith Agency seeks an SEO Strategist, Multifamily, to make search decisions for owners and property management groups. You will own the technical roadmap, diagnose ranking movement, and prioritize work across large client portfolios. Your scope includes crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, architecture, links, local search, and multi-location SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit crawl and indexation issues across client websites
- Improve site speed, schema, and site architecture
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Explain ranking movement when clients ask questions
- Build quarterly roadmaps for each client
Requirements:
- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Personal experience running audits and making technical fixes
- Fluency with Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency background serving several clients concurrently
- Multifamily or similar multi-location SEO experience is strongly preferred
