As a Finance Application Specialist, you will manage financial applications across General Ledger, Intercompany, Human Capital Management, and Fixed Assets. You will coordinate with finance and information technology teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align system requirements. The work includes acquisition integration, process automation, compliance, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define requirements and create comprehensive implementation plans
- Manage daily Oracle Fusion Cloud application operations and maintenance
- Analyze financial processes for improvement and automation opportunities




- Develop scalable architecture for mergers and acquisitions
- Refine financial controls and support auditor alignment

Requirements:

- Eight or more years using Oracle Fusion Cloud or leading ERP systems
- Experience with General Ledger, Intercompany, HCM, and Fixed Assets
- Proven ERP implementation leadership and maintenance experience
- Solid project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and teams
