The Claims Data Analytics Team needs a Team Lead to oversee actuarial contributions across wide-ranging projects. In the Auto Physical Damage stream, you will deepen understanding of inflationary pressures in auto short tail coverage and support operational initiatives. The work connects technical analysis with coaching, resource planning, and stakeholder guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support employee engagement and indemnity control goals
- Interpret actuarial reports and recommend operational improvements
- Coach group members toward strategic objectives




- Plan human, financial, and material resource use
- Represent Actuarial Service at workshops and committees

Requirements:

- Mathematics or Actuarial Science university degree
- Five years of experience minimum, with coaching preferred
- Strong actuarial techniques and technical knowledge
- Strategic vision, planning, and organization abilities
- Bilingualism and Canadian work eligibility required
