As an Assistant Site Superintendent, you will support the Site Superintendent across condo and townhome construction projects. Your responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and consultants, tracking milestones, reviewing contract documents, and supporting homeowner possession activities. The position requires construction process knowledge, transparent communication, and practical site judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with trade coordination meetings, daily reports, and project records
- Review drawings and specifications for construction alignment
- Organize inspections with City officials and consultants




- Verify occupancy permits and required building inspections
- Monitor customer upgrades and possession walkthroughs

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of construction discipline experience
