As Service Manager for Urgent and Emergency Care, you will support effective service delivery within the Clinical Business Unit. The position works with clinical and managerial colleagues to meet national and local objectives. It also supports transformation, redesign, and evidence-based patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead service development plans, procedures, policies, and patient pathways
- Identify cost improvements, developments, income opportunities, and required resources
- Produce business cases and capital bids with divisional colleagues
- Match capacity to demand and deliver agreed performance indicators
- Promote governance, shared learning,

Requirements:

- Ability to interpret statistics and design useful information reports
- Experience coordinating operational, financial, and clinical service priorities
