As a consultant, you will evaluate IT functions, organizational structures, and technology capabilities within large enterprises. Your work will identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements across governance and processes. The role also supports transformation roadmaps, stakeholder validation, and implementation planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate enterprise technology capabilities and current operating models
- Identify gaps across IT governance, roles, and processes
- Support target-state technology function design
- Create actionable transformation roadmaps and recommendations
- Work with senior stakeholders to validate findings

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Background in enterprise IT organization assessment
- Ability to address complex organizational challenges analytically
- Preferred McKinsey, Bain, or BCG Digital Practice background
- US or Canadian citizenship
