This Personal Support Manager position supports high quality patient care through effective coordination and supervision. Working from the St. Catharine's office, you will provide employee support and conduct home visits within the Niagara Community. The full time role includes Monday-to-Friday hours and rotational Branch Manager On-Call participation during evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse credential
- College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Three to five years of job-related experience
- Proven computer skills with scheduling systems
- Vehicle availability and regular travel capability
