The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for senior managers, general managers, and other departments. You will manage communications, coordinate information, prepare business materials, and respond appropriately to internal and external contacts. The position requires autonomy, teamwork, confidentiality, and adaptability within a large company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communication modalities and respond appropriately
- Anticipate needs while determining important incoming matters
- Assist with reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Provide administrative support to departments and staff
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and investor relations information
Requirements:
- Minimum five years as an administrative assistant or similar
- Very good English for documentation and communication
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility for changing priorities and occasional outside hours
