Apply powder coating to electrical-product parts at Eaton’s Airdrie, Alberta plant, using manual and automatic painting methods. Work Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This Paint Line Operator reports to the Production Manager and supports parts produced for national and global markets. Daily work includes hanging, painting, and offloading components, chemical handling, burn off oven operation, and finished-product inspection. Eaton seeks candidates with manufacturing experience, safety awareness, analytical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manually and automatically paint produced parts
- Handle chemicals and complete daily chemical testing
- Clean environmental tanks as required




- Operate burn off oven equipment
- Complete standard maintenance and quality inspections

Requirements:

- Two years of industrial paint line experience preferred
- Knowledge of safety precautions for machine work
- Ability to recognize quality issues and make judgments
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to cross-train and continuously learn
