This full time Site Manager leads the primary facility while making frequent visits to the second location. You will manage sales growth, customer inquiries, payments, inspections, maintenance, inventory, and records. The position suits a proactive leader comfortable making decisions independently and adapting to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales, customer growth, and competitor awareness
- Assist the Call Centre with inquiries and sales
- Maintain accurate payments, accounts, metrics, and reports
- Oversee daily inspections, maintenance, and inventory levels
- Respond to emergencies and after-hours security incidents
Requirements:
- Two or more years of retail, hospitality, or sales experience
- Leadership mindset with target-focused sales capability
- Clear communication with teams, customers, and leadership
- Ability to manage multiple systems and learn technologies
- Reliable vehicle and required site travel availability
