As Shipper & Receiver – Lead Hand, you report to the Logistics Supervisor and coordinate daily warehouse execution. Your responsibilities include staff leadership, attendance reporting, transportation coordination, shipping documentation, and issue resolution. You will also promote safety and support consistent material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate warehouse workflow and staff attendance reporting
- Promote safety and act as Health and Safety Champion
- Coordinate transportation methods and shipping documentation
- Resolve shipping, receiving, and supplier discrepancies
- Prepare returns and compile operational reports

Requirements:

- Secondary School Diploma
- Five to seven years of shipping and receiving experience
- Minimum two years warehouse leadership experience
- Shipping documents experience, including Bills of Lading
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
