Manage a multi-site commercial real estate portfolio for JLL across the GTA, combining tenant relations, capital projects, and operational oversight. The team works from Mississauga three days weekly, with travel required between buildings.

This Property Manager leads property administration and operations for buildings in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Burlington, and North York. The work centers on proactive tenant communication, prompt issue resolution, and effective service delivery. You will also coach building operations and administrative staff while overseeing budgets, maintenance, inspections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build robust tenant relationships through proactive problem solving
- Lead staff coaching, mentoring, administration, and operations
- Oversee cleaning, security, parking, maintenance,



and inspections
- Coordinate tenant improvements and renovation plan compliance
- Track budgets, reports, rental payments, recoveries, and arrears

Requirements:

- Five or more years’ property management experience
- Preferred commercial leadership experience of two or more years
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to read drawings and understand construction processes
- Yardi Voyager and industry certification are assets
