This full time, permanent position focuses on servicing Caterpillar equipment and components in the shop. Toromont Cat needs a licensed technician with three to five years of trade experience, strong safety awareness, and customer-focused communication. The successful candidate plans work, troubleshoots issues, completes repairs, and documents service accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan troubleshooting and repair work for shop equipment
- Use Caterpillar testing equipment to diagnose faults
- Service Caterpillar equipment and components to standards
- Complete timely customer service and repair reports




- Undertake assignments supporting customer needs

Requirements:

- Licensed Heavy Equipment Technician with three to five years’ experience
- Strong safety focus and knowledge of fabrication basics
- Solid computer skills; Cat Systems familiarity is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
