This senior management role leads PSCo’s approach to data centers and other large load customers across Colorado. You will connect state legislation, local rules, regulatory strategy, economic development, public affairs, and community engagement. Your work establishes coordinated plans before customer or infrastructure decisions advance, supporting consistent execution statewide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate growth priorities into proactive Colorado strategies
- Coordinate legislation, regulations, and infrastructure planning
- Establish objectives, roles, decision points, and execution plans




- Identify risks affecting large load growth
- Provide recommendations based on local intelligence

Requirements:

- Senior experience leading strategic growth execution
- Background with large load customers or infrastructure initiatives
- Experience working across regulatory and economic development functions
- Ability to coordinate statewide cross-functional teams
- Ability to escalate issues and drive mitigation
