Reporting to the foreman of the receiving and shipping department, the incumbent will be responsible for moving products and boxes using a forklift.
YOUR DAILY ROLE:
- Prepare orders with a manual laptop;
- Load trailers properly (weight distribution);
- Check that the number of boxes and the brand of the product are identical to the number of boxes on the shipping slip;
- Attach the pallets;
- Receive the goods (unloading the trailers) and place them in the warehouse;
- Check crates with dents or no labels;
- Inspect your forklift before using it;
YOUR PROFILE:
- Have experience in forklift operation;
- Good physical strength (ability to lift boxes ranging from 20 to 50 pounds)
- Positive visual acuity and manual dexterity;
- Excellent in mathematics (especially mental arithmetic)
- Responsible and autonomous;
