Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre (SOAHAC) in Owen Sound, Ontario, is seeking a Full time Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team. You will support individuals and families accessing Primary Care, provide culturally appropriate social work services, and work with the Integrated Care Manager to enhance wellness and resilience in the FNIM community.

The role requires membership with OCSWSSW (RSW) and preferably an MSW, with at least 3 years’ experience.
