Lead child and youth programs at the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka through quality service, staff supervision, and safe participant experiences.

As Supervisor, Child & Youth, you will manage programs and services aligned with YMCA standards, member needs, and strategic directions. You will monitor participation, retention, quality, and effectiveness while supporting a service-oriented workplace. The role includes team leadership, budgeting, communication, and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop programs and services using YMCA standards and best practices
- Monitor participation, retention, quality, and program effectiveness
- Recruit, train, schedule, evaluate, and mentor staff and volunteers
- Manage departmental budgets and address significant fiscal variances
- Maintain participant safety and customer-facing program leadership

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma
- Minimum two years supervisory program delivery experience
- Experience working in community programs
- Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Healthy child and adolescent development knowledge
