Support diverse learners as a temporary, full time Educational Assistant, providing individualized guidance and classroom assistance under teacher or Principal direction.

This Educational Assistant supports middle school students with neurodiversity, language learning, and physical or developmental challenges. You will assist with academic tasks, organization, study skills, accommodations, and student independence. Collaboration with teachers, counselors, and the Principal supports student learning, well-being, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized or small-group student support
- Implement strategies from Individual Education Plans
- Assist with academic tasks and organization
- Support classroom management and engagement
- Communicate observations about student progress

Requirements:

- Post-secondary training in Education or related fields
- Experience working with children or youth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and student-centered approach
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
