RBC is seeking a hands‑on Manager, YouTube & Affiliates to lead the end‑to‑end development of our YouTube content and affiliate partnerships in a fast‑paced, results‑driven workplace. You will own two connected content engines: a high‑performing YouTube channel and an optimization‑driven affiliate program.
You will set editorial calendars, produce video assets end‑to‑end, manage affiliate relationships, and track performance across both programs.
