Human Resources Business Partner in Toronto supporting workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and performance across manufacturing functions. Full time salaried work is office-based in Scarborough.

This Human Resources Business Partner owns HR matters for assigned client groups from intake through confirmed closure. The role advises management, leadership, and employees while coordinating practical people solutions. Core work includes HRIS administration, employee lifecycle support, investigations, accommodations, reporting, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on staffing, retention, attendance, engagement, and workforce risks
- Own recruitment from approved requisition through accepted offer
- Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, promotions, and offboarding
- Manage employee relations, investigations, accommodations,



and return-to-work matters
- Maintain HRIS records, workforce reports, documentation, and case closure

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- CHRP designation required or in progress; CHRL is an asset
- Minimum six years of progressive HR experience
- Experience independently managing recruitment, investigations, performance, and organizational change
- Knowledge of Ontario employment, human rights, privacy, WSIB, and safety requirements
