Lead quality inspections for Aecon Civil’s major infrastructure project, applying concrete testing and ISO 9001 knowledge across Ontario’s Kawartha Lakes and Barrie regions.

As Quality Control Coordinator, you will report to the Quality Manager and support QA and QC activities throughout construction. Your work will help verify compliance with technical requirements, the DBA, ISO 9001:2015, Inspection and Test Plans, and project deliverables. The project includes earthworks, foundations, structural concrete, buildings, and supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-process and final inspections and testing activities
- Document inspection results through complete quality records
- Interpret technical drawings for civil works




- Verify materials against purchase orders, codes, and standards
- Initiate non-conformance reports and follow resolution

Requirements:

- Civil Engineering Technology Diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years’ heavy civil or infrastructure experience
- Quality control documentation, handover, and sign-off experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable CSA standards
- Concrete inspection and testing experience
