Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager helps motivate teams, foster collaboration, and strengthen store performance. The position combines customer service, KPI monitoring, talent development, inventory management, and visual merchandising. It also supports omnichannel initiatives and smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach team members and maintain an active sales-floor presence
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and prioritize satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Manage inventory, compliance,



procedures, displays, and floor coverage

Requirements:

- Two or more years managing teams in retail or customer-focused environments
- Solid organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives and sales performance
- Fashion knowledge, style sense, and POS, ERP, ATS proficiency
- High school diploma and flexible evening, weekend, holiday availability
