The Manager, Loss Prevention partners with Store Senior Leadership and the DVP, Loss Prevention to deliver programs and key performance indicators. Responsibilities include managing Loss Prevention and Audit & Control teams, analyzing losses, and supporting operational excellence. The role also oversees physical security, store systems, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies reducing shrink, fraud, and related operational risks
- Manage Loss Prevention and Audit & Control team execution
- Provide reports analyzing losses and tracking timely resolution




- Oversee physical security programs, systems, and processes
- Lead training, coaching, projects, and incident response

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of post-university work experience
- Three or more years of management experience
- Knowledge of Loss Prevention technologies and hardware
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
