A busy, established dental practice in Toronto looking for a Treatment Coordinator. This is a leadership role for someone who loves people, loves results, and wants to help build something excellent.

Job Description:

- Present and plan treatment, including Invisalign,



implant, and complex cases

- Follow up with patients throughout treatment so they feel secure knowing everything is under control and going smoothly

- Analyze office data to find weak spots and drive improvement

- Lead and manage the team, ensuring follow-up and follow-through

- Build and refine systems across the office

- Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives

- Software is Curve but can be trained

Schedule:

- A hybrid work week: 3-4 days in office, 1 day working from home
- Mon & Tues 10-7,Wed & Thurs 8-5,Fri 9-3

LOCATION: Danforth & Broadview

Compensation: $30-$35 TBD, Competitive base salary plus incentives based on performance
