Riverdale is seeking a licensed 310T Technician for its Elmira shop. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy trucks, trailers, vehicles, and equipment. The work includes engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, hydraulics, cooling systems, wheels, and tires. You will also complete inspections, documentation, and minor fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair heavy trucks, trailers, vehicles, and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and annual inspections
- Complete engine repairs, including electrical work
- Perform minor welding, fabrication, paint, and decal work
- Coach apprentices and document work orders
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License
- Own tools maintained in positive working order
- Ability to move trucks around the yard
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer skills for closing work orders
