Operations Officer

TD Bank is hiring a full-time Operations Officer in Mississauga, Ontario. The role is office-focused and supports Personal & Commercial Banking operations.

Responsibilities

- Process complex transactions and overrides accurately and within service-level requirements.
- Respond to partner requests, make authorized adjustments, and elevate operational issues when needed.
- Analyze process drivers and root causes, recommend improvements, and support process changes.
- Maintain knowledge of operational policies, regulations, and risks, including anti-money laundering and business continuity requirements.
- Support team workload, share operational knowledge,



and provide training or guidance to colleagues.
