Position Overview

Dilawri Group of Companies isactively searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Processvendor invoices and payments accurately andinatimelymanner.
- Reconciliationsofvendoraccounts to statements.
- Reconcilefloor plans,warranty schedules and accounts.
- Processand reconcile intercompany accounts.




- Responsiblefor effectively communicating, assisting, and collaborating with allinternal and external clients and vendors. Take ownership of issues andensure a successful resolution.
- Generaladministrative tasks as assigned.
- Otheraccounting department duties as required.

Qualifications Required

- AccountsPayableexperience is an assetand preference given to candidates with previous automotive dealershipaccounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with CDKdealer managementsoftware is preferred.
- Must have a proven ability to prioritizetasksand effectively maintain a schedule that is driven by monthlydeadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skillswith a professional work ethic
- Training and support within the role will beprovided.
