Employee Benefit Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join its pursuits and proposal team in Mississauga.
You will coordinate, develop, review, and finalize compelling responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, working closely with the Senior Proposal Specialist to win current business. You will lead the creation of compliant narratives, manage documents and schedules, and contribute to continuous improvements such as boilerplates and project profiles.
