Unimax Ltd. is seeking an Application Support Technician to operate as the subject matter expert for our critical systems, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), WMS/TMS (Manhattan), CRM (Salesforce), and B2B/B2C platforms. The role requires autonomy and robust internal customer service.

The candidate will translate business needs into functional specs, support system configurations, and participate in enhancements, with on-call rotation and after-hours work as needed.
