This full time, permanent Rental Operations Coordinator position supports rental activities at the Grande Prairie branch. The work connects Sales, Operations, Service, and Shop Personnel while coordinating equipment availability, movements, returns, and customer requirements. Accurate records and responsive communication support operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate rental equipment preparation, shipment, tracking, and return
- Maintain serialized asset records and utilization data
- Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and equipment transfers
- Support equipment inspection, repair, testing, and deployment readiness
- Generate rental utilization and inventory movement reports
Requirements:
- High School Diploma; related post-secondary education is an asset
- Three to five years’ related rental, inventory, logistics, or customer service experience
- Experience with serialized asset tracking and inventory reporting
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems
- Valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills
