About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Go-to-Market to serve as a strategic partner to its revenue executive and GTM leadership team. The role translates company strategy into clear priorities and operating plans, leads leadership meetings and business reviews, and drives high-priority cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

The successful candidate will help executives prioritize decisions, improve GTM processes and operating models, and strengthen accountability across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel,



and Revenue Operations. They will also align senior stakeholders, resolve barriers to execution, and provide insights that support better decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Candidates should have significant experience in GTM strategy, Strategy and Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a scaling B2B technology company. The role requires experience partnering with executives, influencing senior leaders across functions, and translating strategy into measurable plans and results.
Solid business judgment, analytical skills, comfort with financial and operational data, and exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential. Experience working with a revenue executive, scaling a multi-function GTM organization, or supporting direct and channel-led models is an asset.
