This permanent position supports the growth of Senstronic Canada within its Canadian subsidiary. You will manage customer orders, documentation, invoicing, shipments, inventory, and commercial inquiries. The work connects customers, logistics partners, and international Senstronic teams while supporting productive daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, validate, and monitor customer orders through delivery
- Prepare acknowledgements, proforma invoices, invoices, and customer documentation
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate ERP, CRM, customer, order, and pricing information




- Receive, organize, and process incoming and outgoing shipments

Requirements:

- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent related education
- Experience with sales administration, logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred
- ERP and CRM experience highly desirable
- Strong organization, accuracy, communication, and follow-up abilities
- Professional English proficiency; French considered an asset
