Gestion Zagora is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee its real estate portfolio. You will set strategies that raise the portfolio’s returns, follow the financial results of each building, report to management and investors, and work with the property management, finance and operations teams to carry out the plan, including major lease renewals and negotiations.What we offer: competitive pay, employee benefits, professional development and room to grow. What you’ll do
- Develop and carry out strategies that optimise the return on each asset
- Track and analyse building financials: revenue, expenses and cash flow
- Prepare detailed financial and operational reports for management and investors
- Find ways to create value: rent optimisation, cost reductions, renovations and potential acquisitions
- Work with property management, finance and operations to execute strategic plans
- Follow leases, renewals and major negotiations across the portfolio
- Track market trends and prepare comparative analyses to support investment decisions
What we’re looking for
- University degree in finance, real estate, business administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis or property management
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modelling
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Transparent spoken and written communication, including precise reports
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is essential
- Experience with an ERP or real estate software is an asset
- Bilingual French and English is a strong asset
