Coordinate post-production projects at Klick, applying editorial, animation, and resource management expertise across in-house and freelance teams.

This newly created Post Production Producer role reports to video team leadership. You will partner with agency producers, creatives, and project managers. The work balances creative quality, budgets, timelines, and team capacity while supporting delivery and trusted agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess briefs, deliverables, timelines, and technical production requirements
- Recommend editors, animators, and AI production talent
- Develop estimates covering talent hours and production costs
- Coordinate assignments, schedules, resources, progress, and revisions




- Manage feedback across teams, agencies, and craft leadership

Requirements:

- Minimum five years coordinating post-production projects
- Understanding of editorial, animation, and finishing workflows
- Experience matching specialists to project requirements
- Experience managing costs and schedules across concurrent projects
- Experience sourcing, vetting, booking, and onboarding freelancers
