Gestion Zagora is seeking a Leasing Agent for its property management team. The company manages rental buildings in Montréal, the South Shore, Gatineau, and Québec City. You will support leasing, tenant onboarding, client outreach, and responsive building service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rent vacant apartments within Gestion Zagora buildings
- Understand client needs and show available units
- Negotiate leases and draft lease agreements
- Follow up on new tenant onboarding
- Respond courteously, quickly, and efficiently to tenants
Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- French and English communication, spoken and written
- Skilled, ethical, responsible, and organized approach
- Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and rigor
