Pacific Seafood seeks a full time Class 4 Power Engineer/Refrigeration Maintenance Technician for its Ucluelet processing facility. You will support plant compliance while operating and maintaining industrial refrigeration equipment. The work includes compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, and ammonia systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct plant rounds and monitor pressures, temperatures, and performance
- Record readings and maintenance activities in the plant logbook
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and system faults independently




- Follow ammonia safety, lockout/tagout, and emergency procedures

Requirements:

- Valid registered Class 4 Power Engineer certificate
- Relevant technical work experience with ammonia systems
- Industrial refrigeration operation and maintenance experience
- Mechanical trade background such as millwright, plumber, or electrician
- Comfort working independently with technical equipment
