The Assistant Manager I partners with the Store or Multi Store Manager across daily retail functions. You will use company tools, reporting insights, business acumen, and product knowledge to deliver sales plans and company objectives. The role also supports talent acquisition, retail excellence, operational policies, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Use company tools to deliver sales plans

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience
- Expertise in every aspect of store operation
- Detail-oriented approach to retail execution
- Previous leadership experience of one year preferred
