Longo's seeks a Loft Coordinator ready to lead daily Loft preparation and support sales through excellent customer service. The role covers event planning, in-store demonstrations, food and beverage orders, and store celebrations. You will coordinate schedules, manage event details, and support community or corporate rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Loft events, cooking classes, and room rentals
- Schedule in-store demonstrators for demo programs
- Prepare customer food and beverage orders
- Support store events and celebrations
- Provide exceptional service to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of event planning experience
- Understanding of financials and financial target delivery
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Understanding of WHMIS, Food Safety, and Health and Safety
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
