As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will supervise production employees and report to the Operations Manager. The position centers on scheduling personnel, monitoring workflow, maintaining standards, and resolving live production problems. You will apply 5S, lean manufacturing, and the Dometic Production System while supporting health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate job expectations and enforce production policies
- Coach employees and manage performance appropriately
- Schedule personnel and monitor production plan progress




- Conduct shopfloor audits for safety and DPS compliance
- Analyze production data and report shift summaries

Requirements:

- Mechanical or Technical diploma
- At least four years manufacturing experience
- At least two years supervising CNC machine shop employees
- Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
