Position: Food Services Manager Wage: CAD $39.00 per hour Types: Full time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays) Working hours: 30-40 hours per week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Duties:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations; • Plan and control budget and inventory; • Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures; • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices; • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; • Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary; • Recruit and oversee staff training,



conduct performance reviews; • Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed; • Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions; • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events; • Manage catering, events, advertisements.

Job Requirements

- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
