- Training: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Regular Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM once the employee requires less supervision.
Qualifications &
- Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience setting up, operating, and performing job changeovers on flexible plastic film converting equipment, including:
- Polybag machines (bottom-seal, side-weld, etc.).
- 3-side seal and stand-up pouch machines.
- Center seal machines.
- Technical &
- Mechanical Skills: Robust mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, precise tool handling, and excellent attention to detail. Ability to make critical adjustments to tension control, heat/seal settings, knife alignments, and machine speed to minimize waste.
- Electrical Skills:
Basic electrical knowledge to safely handle simple connections, wiring checks, and minor component troubleshooting.
- Routine Maintenance &
- Quality Control: Practical experience performing basic preventive maintenance, regular machine cleaning, and ongoing quality inspections to ensure proper dimensions and seal strength.
- Personal Attributes: Motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, honest, and a cooperative team player with a track record of consistent daily attendance.
- Language Requirements: Basic English proficiency is required. Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog language skills are considered an asset but are not required.
