Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Solutions, you will support business partners across Human Resources, Legal Services, and Service Center Solutions. The six-month renewable temporary assignment involves product management, project management, personnel management, and stakeholder relationships. You will guide product evolution strategies while aligning technology decisions with business needs and CBC/Radio-Canada’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product evolution strategies aligned with business domain visions
- Manage client relationships and participate in governance committee meetings
- Oversee analysts and coordinate daily team activities
- Monitor service levels, data security, integrity, and compliance
- Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers
Requirements:
- Experience in product management and project management
- Experience in personnel management and leadership
- Sound judgment and robust analytical skills
- Advanced English and French reading and speaking skills
- Intermediate English and French writing skills
