Reporting to the VP, Demand Generation, the Director owns content strategy, execution, distribution, governance, and performance reporting. You will turn proprietary social data and multi-vertical expertise into measurable demand across B2B and B2C audiences. Leading two contributors, you will build scalable workflows and ship thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design AI-enabled production systems using Claude and custom workflows
- Translate business goals into editorial calendars and funnel pathways
- Write and ship executive-grade thought leadership and research
- Track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, conversion, ROI, and attribution




- Mentor contributors and manage freelance or agency resources

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in content, digital marketing, or communications
- Current fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, and agentic workflows
- Pipeline-generation experience with measurable content performance results
- Experience operationalizing workflows in Monday.com or similar platforms
- Solid writing, editing, leadership, and executive presentation skills
