Insight Global seeks an experienced Superintendent for bridge and wastewater construction projects. This field leadership position oversees construction sequencing, manpower, and day-to-day execution. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Field Engineers, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel from mobilization through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily field execution for complex civil infrastructure projects
- Coordinate safety, quality, schedules, manpower, and construction sequencing
- Manage multiple subcontractors and disciplines on active sites

Requirements:

- Five or more years of construction experience
- Progressive field leadership and Superintendent experience

- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts
