As Planning Supervisor, you will lead Production Planners and oversee production planning, scheduling, and MRP activities. Reporting to the Director, Planning & Operations, you will coordinate planning from customer order through shipment. The work supports material availability, production efficiency, and on-time customer delivery. You will collaborate with Master Scheduling, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Operations leadership to address risks, shortages, and scheduling conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and develop Production Planners
- Oversee production planning, MRP, and work orders
- Monitor materials,



capacity constraints, and schedule risks
- Communicate delivery risks and recommended actions
- Improve planning processes, workflows, and delivery performance

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- At least five years of manufacturing planning experience
- Supervisory, leadership, or employee mentoring experience
- Robust production planning and MRP knowledge
- Analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
