Sleep Country Canada and Endy are seeking Sales Associates to bring Endy’s digital brand into retail. You will help customers discover sleep products while representing both brands. The role emphasizes memorable service, product presentation, sales orders, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers to identify needs and promote products
- Maintain appealing displays through replenishment and housekeeping
- Collaborate with the Sales team to exceed goals
- Represent Sleep Country and Endy through customer experience
- Process orders using tablets or point-of-sale systems
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin to serve customers effectively
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
- One to three years’ sales, retail, or service experience preferred
- Critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities
- Mac and Google Suite knowledge; Zendesk or Shopify familiarity assets
