Reporting to the CFO, this Vice President Finance oversees financial management, reporting, and operational finance. The position requires expertise in accounting, forecasting, financial modelling, and decision-making. You will support financial performance and long-term stability for a diversified privately-held company growing across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial reporting and maintain effective controls
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial systems
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation




- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team

Requirements:

- Approximately 12 or more years of accounting and reporting experience
- Three to five years at Director or Vice President level
- Public-company reporting experience across finance functions
- Strong technical accounting and preferred IFRS experience
- University degree and understanding of tax planning
